When you enquire, we collect your name, email address, business name and project message. For invited clients, we also handle account and contact details, project messages, revision requests, files, contracts and billing records.
Please do not include passwords, payment-card details or sensitive personal information in an enquiry or project message.
02 / How information is used
Your enquiry details are used to respond to your request and discuss a possible project. Client information is used to deliver agreed services, manage project communication and maintain account and business records.
03 / Storage and access
Enquiries and client records are held in private cloud storage and databases. Client access is limited to their own project records and documents made available to them. Administrative access requires an additional verification step.
Hosting, authentication and storage providers process information as needed to operate the service. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
04 / Account sessions and external links
Signing in uses browser session storage to keep you authenticated. Email and WhatsApp links open external services; information sent through those services is also subject to their own privacy terms.
Google Analytics setup is offered as a client-project service. That offer alone does not mean Google Analytics is installed on this agency website.

Retention periods will be confirmed before launch, taking into account project requirements and any applicable accounting or legal obligations.
