Refund Policy

Last updated: 11 October 2026

Website development is project-based work. Your place in our schedule and the work itself are secured by your payments, so the refund terms below apply from the moment a payment is sent.

01 / The refund rule, stated plainly

Once the upfront payment — half of the project total — has been sent, it will not be refunded, in whole or in part, for any reason. This applies even if you cancel the project, change your mind, pause the work, or decide not to continue at any point afterwards.

This is not a penalty. The upfront payment reserves your place in our schedule, commits our team to your project and turns away other work for the same period. Once it is sent, that commitment is made and it cannot be returned.

02 / Your project agreement

These terms are repeated in your written project agreement so there is no doubt at signing. Read them before you make the upfront payment, and ask any questions first — the answer to “can I get a refund later?” is no.

Nothing on this page creates an entitlement to a refund after the upfront payment. If you have not yet paid the upfront amount and decide not to proceed, simply tell us — no payment has been taken, so nothing is owed.

03 / Requesting a cancellation

Email us with your business name and project or invoice reference if you need to cancel. Cancellation stops future work and future invoices; it does not return the upfront payment.

Do not send payment-card details by email. We will confirm the cancellation and the project status in writing.

04 / Technical issues after acceptance

If you find a technical issue in the agreed work, contact us with the affected page and a description. Basic includes a 14-day bug-fix warranty after acceptance and Professional includes 30 days. A warranty repair is free support on the work we delivered — it is separate from, and unaffected by, the refund rule above.

05 / Questions before you pay

If anything about the payment schedule or the refund rule is unclear, ask before you pay. We would rather answer the question up front than have you discover the answer later. Contact details are below.
