These terms describe website use and the basis on which a project is discussed. Each commissioned project requires its own written agreement.
Review draft: legal entity details, governing law, liability terms and cancellation provisions require confirmation and legal review before launch.
01 / Enquiries and project agreements
Submitting an enquiry does not create a project contract or require you to purchase a service. Work is governed by a written agreement confirming scope, price, payment schedule, delivery, acceptance and handover.
02 / Plans and scope
Basic has a $399 launch price and includes up to 4 pages. Professional has a $499 launch price and includes up to 8 pages. Custom work is quoted separately. The agreed proposal identifies the applicable inclusions and any third-party costs.
Domain registration, hosting, external subscriptions and licences should be confirmed in the proposal rather than assumed to be included.
03 / Content, feedback and delivery
Basic includes client-provided page text and images with delivery in 10 to 14 days. Professional includes page copy written from the client’s brief with delivery in 7 days. The project agreement confirms the start date, required materials and the effect of delayed approvals or scope changes.
Clients must have permission to use the materials they supply and provide the access and feedback required for the agreed work.
04 / Revisions and additional work
Basic includes 2 revision rounds and Professional includes 5. Changes outside the agreed scope or revision allowance require a separately agreed quote before that additional work starts.
05 / Payment, ownership and handover
Payment amounts, milestones, currency and due dates are set out in the project agreement and invoices. Website ownership and handover follow payment in full, subject to the agreement and any third-party licences.
Basic includes a written go-live guide. Professional also includes a 20-minute walkthrough call.
06 / Warranty and results
Basic includes a 14-day bug-fix warranty after acceptance; Professional includes a 30-day bug-fix warranty after acceptance. The agreement defines the covered work and reporting process.
Search rankings, traffic, enquiries and revenue depend on factors beyond website development. No first-page ranking or commercial result is guaranteed.
07 / Website and account use
Client access is by invitation only. Keep account credentials private and do not attempt to access another client’s information or interfere with the website. For cancellation and refund enquiries, see the Refund Policy and your project agreement.
